Return policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right. Below is how returns and refunds work for our products.

Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses)

All digital products are non-refundable.
Once a digital file or course is delivered, it cannot be returned.

If you have trouble accessing your files or your download link isn’t working, email us at contactus@xploreux.comand we’ll help quickly.

Printed Books

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your physical book.

To be eligible:

  • The book must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging should be intact

  • You must have proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)

International Returns

We ship worldwide.
Return postage for international orders is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or misprinted.

If any item arrives damaged, email contactus@xploreux.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
We will replace the item at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return

Email contactus@xploreux.com with:

  1. Your name

  2. Order number

  3. The item you’d like to return

  4. The reason for the return

We’ll respond with the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • UK refunds: usually within 5–7 working days

  • International refunds: usually within 7–14 working days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
